The Bug:

Camels indefinitely dash while falling through cobwebs or sweet berry bushes.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a camel and an area of cobwebs by using the commands provided below.

   /summon minecraft:camel ~-2 ~ ~-2 {SaddleItem:{id:"minecraft:saddle",Count:1b}}

   /fill ~1 ~ ~1 ~7 ~ ~7 minecraft:cobweb

2. Mount the camel and make it dash into the cobwebs.
3. Watch the camel's behavior closely as it falls through the cobwebs.

Observed Behavior:

Camels indefinitely dash.

Expected Behavior:

Camels would not indefinitely dash.
