Mainly affect any keyboard input using RIGHT ALT key. Is needed to input regional characters in language. Minecraft support Unicode fonts but is unable to input them due bug:

for Example: Is impossible to type in polish on chat using polish letters that have real meaning. 

Typing Text below in chat:

"Weź pień dębu i gąbki"

Result only a 

"bki" cause bug mentioned before. 

So, if items in game ARE translated to use polish special characters then NEED TO BE allowed to type them without any issues. Is NOT natural to pres left CTRL after EVERY letter!

If recording, with keyboard strokes is needed I can do it.
