Having the trident held in a pulling state slows down the player movement, the slowdown effect still applies after the trident was dropped still applies as long as you hold the use item/place block button

What I expected to happen was...:
Slowdown effect to be removed once the trident isn't in a pulling back state

      What actually happened was...:
Slowdown effect still applies after the trident isn't in your hand

      Steps to Reproduce:
      1. Hold Use item/Place block to pull up the trident, until the animation is finished
      2. Start walking in any direction, with the trident still pulled up
      3. Drop the trident without letting go of the Use item/Place block key bind, the slowdown effect will still apply as long as you hold down the button
