      The Bug:

      The screen flashes when switching perspectives while your "minecraft:generic.scale" attribute is set to large values.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Run this command. 
        /attribute @s minecraft:generic.scale base set 10
      2. Switch perspectives constantly.

      Observed Behavior:

      Your screen flashes because of the unrendered chunks.

      Expected Behavior:

      Your screen would not flash.
