when returning from nether, new overworld portal is created instead of linking to the initial one

notes:

• the distance from the portals in overworld is substantial - 100+ blocks
• even if the the generated portal in overworld is destroyed, subsequent travel generates new overworld portal near it. 
• happened in multiple diff worlds/seeds
