Breeze can jump when suspended in mid-air

      Breeze entities are able to jump when they are suspended in mid-air, or can attempt to jump.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Summon a breeze
        /summon breeze ~ ~ ~
        
      2. Enter survival mode
      3. Before the wind charge hits you, or the ground, deflect it back towards the breeze
        The breeze will be knocked back by it's own wind charge, but before hitting the ground will (sometimes) jump before touching the ground.
        The breeze would not be able to jump, as it is not standing on top of anything to be able to propel itself upwards.

      Notes:

      1. This behavior can also be observed by suspending a breeze mid-air using a /tp command in a command block
        tp @e[type=minecraft:breeze] ~ ~2 ~
        
      2. This behavior is inconsistent when compared to other mobs that have special jumps, such as; slimes, frogs, rabbits, or horses.
      3. Seeing as the breeze coils itself up like a spring when jumping, it's implied to the player that it is using the ground beneath them to launch upwards, rather than simply 'floating upwards' via other means.
