      The Bug:

Players' arms don't return to the correct positions when in the swimming/crawling state.

When a player is in the swimming/crawling state, the third-person arm-swinging animation doesn't return to the correct position. This issue can be observed more easily in lower tick rates.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Begin crawling and switch to third person so that you see your player's face.
      2. Set the tick rate to "5" by using the command provided below.
        /tick rate 5
      3. Punch the air and watch the animation of your arm closely.

      Observed Behavior:

Players' arms return to the position as if they weren't crawling.

      Expected Behavior:

Players' arms would return to the correct positions.
