If the player casts a fishing rod while the game is running at a very high tick rate, the bobber will not appear to be properly cast into the water, but will still functionally behave as if it was.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Run the game as fast as possible using tick sprint
        /tick sprint 1d

      2. Cast a fishing rod into water

      Observed Results:

The bobber will appear right in front of the player's view, and float in mid-air. Fish will still swim towards the bobber and pull it down as if the bobber was there.

      Expected Results:

The bobber would be cast into the water and appear in the correct location.
