A false bug report about the tick delay difference between the Crafter, Copper Bulb, Dispenser and Droppers has been approved and "nerfs" were applied to the Crafter and the Copper Bulb that extended their tick delay, making them less exceptional than they should be.
Since the Crafter and the Copper Bulb are new to the game and should be unique and special.
