The Bug:

The glowing outline isn't applied to the eyes or eyebrows of breezes.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a breeze that has the glowing effect by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:breeze ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b,Glowing:1b,Silent:1b}

2. Look at the eyes and eyebrows of the breeze from a 45° angle.

Observed Behavior:

The glowing outline isn't applied to the eyes or eyebrows of breezes.

Expected Behavior:

The glowing outline would be applied to the eyes and eyebrows of breezes.
