The bug

Trial spawners are not members of the block tags #minecraft:lava_pool_stone_cannot_replace or #minecraft:features_cannot_replace, leaving them vulnerable to replacement by terrain features. This is inconsistent with normal spawners, which are members of these tags and therefore protected from such occurrences.

How to fix

Add trial spawners to these two block tags.
