The Bug:

The hitboxes and models of wind charges are misaligned.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a wind charge by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:wind_charge ~ ~ ~

2. Enable entity hitboxes by pressing F3 + B.
3. Look at the hitbox and the model of the wind charge.

Observed Behavior:

The hitboxes and models of wind charges are misaligned.

Expected Behavior:

The hitboxes and models of wind charges would be aligned.
