I've done a few tests and realized that cherry blossoms aren't growing when there is a flower (picture for reference) one block above the blossom and within 1-2 blocks. Not sure the limit on height since some block collision happens with it too. They still grow when there is 2 blocks stacked next to it or with another tree but only issue is with flower. That I tested
