Problem:

If you try building an iron golem and dont put the pumpkin last, it will not spawn.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build 2 blocks up.

2. Put the pumpkin on those blocks.

3. Finish the arms.

4. Ta-da! Your iron golem will not spawn!
