NoAI horses/donkeys have delayed collisions.

      Hello, I found a bug, here's how to reproduce it:

      1. Summon a donkey and a horse, both with the * {NoAI:1}

        * tags.

      2. Tame them and give them saddles.
      3. Get on the donkey.
      4. Move the donkey so that it's hitbox touches the horse's hitbox.
      5. Get out of the donkey.
      6. Next time you get on the donkey, you get "teleported" with the donkey several blocks aways from where the donkey was.

      I do not know if it's limited to donkeys and horses, it could be an issue with every entity that can have passengers... I only tested in 1.20.2, and only with a donkey and a horse.
