Hotbar selected still cut off by one pixel

      In 23w31a, specficially MC-67532, they supposedly fixed the hotbar selected being cut off by two pixels, but they only made it 23x23 instead of 24x24 and the hotbar texture in the files got broken as it's now 23x24 instead of 24x24
