When a crafter is powered by a one tick pulse from an observer, if it crafts something and spits it out, changing how many items are inside, it should change the comparator output.
The comparator stayed the same as before the pulse, until it is updated.
1. Place a crafter with a comparator reading its state through a block, so the change in the crafter doesn't update the comparator
2. Put a single oak log or any valid recipe into the crafter, and see that the comparator updates as normal
3. Activate an observer facing into the crafter in a place where it will not be touching the comparator, and notice that when the log is crafted into planks and spat out, emptying the crafter, the comparator signal doesn't change.
