The subtitle for crafters crafting something says "Crafter crafted" (past tense) instead of "Crafter crafts" (present tense). Looking at other similar subtitles subtitles, they use present tense. (Dispensed item is wrong on a lot of levels [it's dropped not dispensed, it uses gerund-noun instead of noun-verb, etc.], but that's a different bug altogether)

Basically "Crafter crafted" implies that you just crafted a crafter, not that the crafter just crafted something
