When launching the Game, I get 'Error starting SoundSystem: Turning of Music and Sounds'. This is constantly spammed in the games render thread causing the game to run a 1-5 fps.  When quitting the game, it crashes giving an outdated video driver or incompatible screen capture software (I don't have a screen capture software, and I'm currently running latest video drivers).  I've tried updating audio driver and other troubleshooting method (Other resolved bug from older version, but none fixes the problem) with no luck.
