The Bug:

Water can drip from barriers and waterlogged barriers.

This can cause water particles to be generated seemingly in the air. Water cannot drip from light blocks therefore one would expect water to not be able to drip from barrier blocks.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create some water that has barrier blocks beneath it by using the commands provided below.

   /fill ~1 ~5 ~1 ~7 ~6 ~7 minecraft:barrier

   /fill ~2 ~6 ~2 ~6 ~6 ~6 minecraft:water

2. Wait around ten seconds and look below the water.
3. Take note as to whether or not water can drip from barriers and waterlogged barriers.

Observed Behavior:

Water can drip from barriers and waterlogged barriers.

Expected Behavior:

Water would not be able to drip from barriers and waterlogged barriers.
