The Bug: 

The Deep Dark Biome spawns at inappropriate heigh such as Y19 reaching stone levels.

Steps to reproduce: 

1. Create a Minecraft World in 23w40a
2. Look for a Deep Dark (may not happen the first time) 
3. Take note whether or not Deep Dark Biome spawns too high in positive and stone Y levels
