When a red stone with a red stone signal is adjacent to but not connected to the transmitter, a pulse is given to the transmitter (only activating the transmitter without charging). When another red stone is placed on top of the transmitter, it will cause the adjacent red stones to be connected together. At this point, remove the newly placed red stone, and the red stone that was just connected will not change, just flicker. Remove the transmitter again, and the red stone will float into the air.
