Local Difficulty and "SH S" parameters renders as question marks

      MC-230732 meant to fix Local Difficulty but broke Local Difficulty and SH S parameters in F3 menu on servers. In singleplayer everything looks fine. This is broken since 23w31a. 

      How to recreate:

      1. Load 1.20.1 server and look at the f3 menu
      2. Update the server to 1.20.2-rc1 (or any version from 23w31a to 1.20.2-rc1)
      3. SH S and Local Difficulty renders as "??"
