Frogs still spawn/hatch in temperate orange variants in cold windswept hills biomes

      Currently, frogs spawning or hatching from frogspawn in windswept hills biome (including gravelly and forest variants) is still in orange temperate variant, however, these biomes are considered to be cold and should've spawn green colored frogs instead.
