Pufferfish can sting players at a further range than mobs.

How to reproduce

1. Place a block of water surrounded by glass, one side needs to be an open trapdoor for easier reproduction.
2. Place a pufferfish from a bucket inside the water.
3. Summon a mob very close to the pufferfish, behind the trapdoor.
4. Notice how the mob doesn't take damage.
5. Switch your gamemode to survival and get close to the trapdoor.

Observed result
The pufferfish damages you even if you were at the same distance as the other mob you summoned.

Expected result
The pufferfish would damage the mob at the same range as the player or either the player would only get damaged at a reduced range as the mob.
