This is very small but just odd and even quite annoying, for some reason waterlogged leaves in java edition don't let the water flow out (unlike in bedrock edition, where the water flows out perfectly fine), which is quite possibly annoying when trying to place water on top of leaves while building or water clutching.

While it may be intentional it is very weird, considering the different (and more logical) behaviour on bedrock, I would personally recommend either removing waterlogged leaves or at least give them the same behaviour as bedrock, where water flows out of them
