In all Minecraft Java versions (probably from 1.7) the camera tilting was introduced when the player flies up, down or just jumping. However, the camera tilting just disappeard in 1.14. I have attached the comparsion files between 1.13 and the latest version. The difference is obvious. 1.13 camera feels a lot nicer comparing to the latest versions.
