When playing 1.19.2 with mods, i opened a shipwreck chest and game stopped the mob AI and blocks (Like rail direction) to update. I had the same problem again today in 1.18.2, when i opened the bonus chest. Looks this to happen in both vanilla and modded minecraft 1.17 and later. Well if you attempt to save game while this happens and this glitch did not fixed the game will stuck forever on "Saving world" screen.
