The Bug:

Players jitter and land slightly too high up when landing on powder snow while wearing leather boots.

This issue first appeared in 1.20 Pre-release 2.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon a large area of powder snow by using the command provided below.

   /fill ~1 ~ ~1 ~5 ~2 ~5 minecraft:powder_snow

2. Equip some leather boots and fly above the powder snow.
3. Fall and land in the powder snow and watch closely as you hit the powder snow.
4. Take note as to whether or not players jitter and land slightly too high up when landing on powder snow while wearing leather boots.

Observed Behavior:

Players jitter and land slightly too high up.

Expected Behavior:

Players would not jitter and would not land slightly too high up.
