A bug that it always generated with iron helmet and chestplate,never generates with iron leggings or boots

How to produce:

1.open/create a new world

2.Find A taiga Village(Not snowy)

3.find a outdoor armory in the village

Expect result:

Generated with either 2 of the pieces(like helm and leggings or leggings and boot)

Observed Result:

It always generates with iron helmet or chestplate
