The bug

23w33a fixes MC-122645 by adding an option in Accessibility Settings that allows for the key binding for the narrator to be switched off. However, the key binding is still in a minority of keys which still cannot be changed to arbitrary keys. As such, it can cause conflicts if keeping the hotkey enabled is desired, e.g. if using B to drop items, Ctrl+B would both switch the narrator mode and drop an entire item stack.

How to fix

Making the narrator keybind configurable like all other keys in the Key Binds menu would resolve this issue.
