When you give a villager a head like a creeper head or a custom player head using a dispenser, he loses it when becoming a zombie. and also doesn't get it back when cured.

I am pretty sure it's a bug and not intended, and even if it is, I think its only fair that he at least drops the head when becoming a zombie, given how hard getting a head in vanilla Minecraft is.
