The bug
Camels sometimes still perform their own AI (e.g. idle and follow) when ridden by non-player passengers.
Steps to reproduce
- Summon a camel-riding husk with the following command:
/summon minecraft:camel ~ ~ ~ {Passengers:[{id:husk}],SaddleItem:{id:"minecraft:saddle",Count:1b}}
- Use the following command to summon a villager:
/summon minecraft:villager ~ ~ ~ {NoAI:1b}
- Move behind the camel.
- Found out that when the husks control the camel to approach the villagers, the camel will sometimes try to walk backward to follow the player.
- This also happens to the other mobs, when the husks take control of the camels to get closer to the villagers, the camel's will also try to follow the other mobs.
