When a bossbar has a notched style, instead of depleting each singular notch as the bar goes down, it'll instead scale the entire bar back, scrunching up the bar.

This occurs with every notched style of bossbar

To reproduce this bug, simply create a bossbar with the notched style, and set it to a value below it's max
