Put the summary of the bug you're having here

What I expected to happen was...:
I was not sure what the lodestone compass was suppose to do

What actually happened was...:
I right clicked the lodestone compass while in the end world and was placed inside of some blocks and now I can not get out of them.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. I was killing a ender pig ( I think that's what they are called) in creative mode
2. I placed the lodestone compass in hand and right clicked thinking it would maybe show me the portal
3. It placed me in lava first and I clicked it again and I was stuck in blocks and now I can not get out.
