The Bug:

The recipe book can be opened while in spectator mode despite being unable to be interacted with.

Buttons inside the recipe book cannot be interacted with in spectator mode and this is intended behavior, but the recipe book button itself can still be opened which seems a bit strange. If you're not supposed to be able to interact with the buttons inside the recipe book while in spectator mode, one would expect the recipe book to not be displayed in the first place.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Switch to spectator mode and open your inventory.
2. Attempt to open the recipe book and notice how you're able to do so.
3. Attempt to select any of the buttons inside of the recipe book and notice how the buttons cannot be interacted with.
4. Take note as to whether or not the recipe book can be opened while in spectator mode despite being unable to be interacted with.

Observed Behavior:

The recipe book can be opened while in spectator mode.

Expected Behavior:

The recipe book would not be able to be opened while in spectator mode, because every button inside of it doesn't work (because you're in spectator mode).
