The text (from the /title command) is on my screen from a different world when it should not happen.

What I expected to happen was...:
Once I left the multiplayer server I was playing in, the title text should have disappeared when I joined a different world.

What actually happened was...:
I entered my singleplayer world after getting kicked from the multiplayer server for "connection reset," and the title text that was on my screen when kicked out of the multiplayer server reappeared in my single player world.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to a dedicated multiplayer server (non-LAN).
2. Have the /title command used on you.
3. Get kicked out of the server for "connection reset" while having the title text still on your screen.
4. Join a singleplayer world.
