Narrator generates lag spikes

      How to reproduce:

      1. Enable narrator for system narration
      2. Join a world
      3. Do something that causes the narrator to speak
      4. Do something that causes the narrator to speak again just as the narrator has finished the sentence

      This will create a lag spike. This bug may have affected older versions too and I didn't see any other reports related to this bug.
