Block displays do not render fluids.

      When summoning a block display of a waterloggable block with the waterlogged:"true" property, the water does not render. water from seagrass or kelp block displays also does not render at all. Even setting the block type to water, bubble column or lava does not render the fluid. This issue still persists when reloading chunks and when re-logging into a world.
