Minecraft Java skin not showing

      HI, I have this problem in my MC Java, I have no problem connecting to servers and my internet connection is stable but why does my skin always shows up Steve or Alex skin ? I have changed my skin on minecraft.net and in the launcher but still my skin is Steve not my custom skin. Please help. My name in Minecraft is BlooderKing1213.
