Entities turn invisible when the player is in spectator mode when spectatorsGenerateChunks is false

      Entities eventually turn invisible when the player is in spectator mode.

      Only seems to affect certain worlds.

      This seems to be caused by having spectatorsGenerateChunks set to false.
