One of the major things I noticed in 1.20 is that Piglins spam sounds sometimes whenever they are distracted by gold they can't reach. Here's how to replicate in a Creative Mode world with cheats activated:

1) Find a Bastion Remnant or Piglin in the nether. Multiple Piglins nearby eachother is suggested but not too many.
2) Change to survival mode (Preferably with armor to prevent death) or stay in creative and throw down gold items nearby them but in places they can see but can't reach. Occasionally the piglins will spam noises as you throw down gold.

Edit: Upon some testing it seems to happen more often with Crossbow wielding piglins. It also happens much more often when they can't seem to reach the gold.
