When using /give to create a player head with a note_block_sound nbt tag no tag is created

Test: Type /give @a minecraft:player_head{note_block_sound:"minecraft:ambient.cave"}

Result: Given a player head with no nbt data which does not play sounds when the noteblock is clicked.

Expected Result: Given a player head with "+nbt data" tag which plays the specified sounds when placed on a noteblock

Alternate Test: Type /setblock ~ ~ ~ minecraft:player_head{note_block_sound:"minecraft:ambient.cave"}

Result: Player head is placed which has nbt data and plays sounds when the noteblock is clicked. If the head is picked up with ctrl + pick the head displays that it has nbt data and will still work when placed down again

If picked up in survival the head will no longer display the +nbt data tag but will still function correctly when placed on a noteblock
