The Bug:

The realms menu sometimes flashes upon being opened when you're not currently a member of any realm.

The flashing occurs due to the "Add Realm" interface not being immediately displayed on the screen when you're not currently a member of any realm. The flashing may also disorient those who suffer from photosensitive epilepsy.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Ensure that you're not currently a member of a realm.
2. Open the realms menu and watch closely.
3. If you didn't notice any flashing, repeat step 2 until you do.
4. Take note as to whether or not the realms menu sometimes flashes upon being opened when you're not currently a member of any realm.

Observed Behavior:

The realms menu sometimes flashes upon being opened.

Expected Behavior:

The realms menu would not flash upon being opened.
