I get "internal exception java.net.socketexception connection reset" when trying to log into a server. Other solutions to this issue (Even in this forum) don't work.

I used to play in my friends' modded minecraft server all the time, and things went just fine, but, one day, I simply could not log on anymore, and when I somehow managed to do it, the entities and blocks around my character simply did not move or drop when interacted with.
As mentioned in the title, I'm getting the error code "internal exception java.net.socketexception connection reset".
I have attempted every option out there, even the ones on this forum, and nothing seems to work.
From disabling my windows' firewall to reinstalling and updating Java, I keep on getting the same error. Now, I can't get on - at all - and I immediately get the error.
Here's a list of things I've already done:

      Installing different versions of Java
      Updating Java
      Restarting my computer
      Disabling my windows' firewall
Letting Java and it's affiliated programs through the firewall
Using ipconfig /release, ipconfig /renew and ipconfig /flushdns

I am getting very similar issues to MC-262364, but the fixes there don't work, too.

(I am sorry if I am using the wrong format, or doing anything wrong. It's my first time using a forum, ever.)
Ps: The forum doesn't let me pick 1.19.2, which is the version I am forced to play on due to the mods the server uses, so I had to pick 1.19.4.
