The Bug:

The scroll bar no longer renders above text in the statistics menu.

This issue first appeared in 23w18a.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a new world and kill an axolotl, bee, chicken, cow, frog, wandering trader, wither skeleton, and zombie.
2. Navigate to the statistics menu and click on the "Mobs" button.
3. Look at the text and how it intersects the scroll bar.
4. Take note as to whether or not the scroll bar no longer renders above text in the statistics menu.

Observed Behavior:

The scroll bar no longer renders above text.

Expected Behavior:

The scroll bar would render above text, just like how it did in prior versions of the game.
