The Bug:

Witches render to low down in boats, rafts, and minecarts.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Summon both a witch and a villager riding a boat by using the command provided below.

   /summon minecraft:boat ~-2 ~ ~-2 {Passengers:[{id:"minecraft:witch"},{id:"minecraft:villager"}]}

2. Look at the rendering position of the witch compared to the villager.
3. Take note as to whether or not witches render to low down in boats, rafts, and minecarts.

Observed Behavior:

Witches in boats, rafts, or minecarts render to low down.

Expected Behavior:

Witches in boats, rafts, or minecarts would render at the same height as villagers.
