When the player is crawling in Minecraft: Java Edition, the expected behavior is to make the player's nametag transparent (like sneaking), and because there is always at least one block on the top of the player that is crawling, the nametag should be hidden. But this does not happen and it's not possible to make your nametag invisible in crawling, considering its huge impact on the player's movement (like sneaking).
