Wrong category for "dye_carpet" and "dye_bed" recipes

      In 1.19.4 and below, all carpets and beds recipes are in categeory "misc". But in 1.20, the new dyed recipes are WRONGLY in "building", and old crafting recipes are still in "misc". Now these 2 kinds are seprated into two columns in Recipe Book.
