The enchantments on the Enchantment Book no longer have type restrictions (such as Lucky Three being able to enchant to armor)

What I expect to happen is...:

The Three Luck Enchantment Book cannot enchant armor, it can only be enchanted to tools

What actually happened is...:

Armor successfully used the Three Treasures Enchantment Book and enchanted the Three Treasures

Copy steps:

1. Place anvil

2. Place the armor in the grid before the plus sign

3. Place the enchantment book in the grid after the plus sign

4. Successfully enchanted
